If Kwara State politics is infested with a few more of the distinguished Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar, then not only will our political culture advance for the better, the political space will never be overheated by throwing tantrums and shenanigans by politicians who do not know that what comes out of their tongue is capable of putting the entire state or society on fire. Of course, I am referring to the senator representing Kwara North Senatorial district and his politics of non violence and personal attacks.
Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar is making waves in Kwara State politics with his unique style of approaching issues and governance. He’s not only representing Kwara North Senatorial District, the region known for peace and respect for all, he embodies a character that’s uncommon or rare in contemporary politics where ambitions are chased at all cost.
Unlike some politicians, Senator Sadiq avoids personal attacks and inflammatory rhetoric. Instead, he focuses on issues and solutions, bringing a refreshing change to the state’s political landscape.
His commitment to non-violent politics and shenanigans has earned him respect, and it’s believe that this approach can help improve the state’s political culture. With more politicians like Senator Sadiq, Kwara State’s politics could become more constructive and less divisive.
Senator Sadiq’s leadership acumen has shown that politics can be about working together and finding solutions to our multifacet problems rather than attempting to tear/bring each other down. His approach is definitely worth noting, and it will be interesting to see how it shapes the future of Kwara State politics.
